We based our price accordingly to the business revenue or the share of the cost reduction to the customer contracted.
Basically we split in 3 cathegories of pricing:
 
  • Short term contract (terms till 30 days)
    • ​Training and Couching
  • Long term contract (termns from 30 to 90 days)
    • ​Field test
    • Product Development
    • Market planning
  • Custom order (term 1Commercial week)
    • Technical ​Translations
    • Lectures and Seminars

A - From long term contract
Once we understand their technology and product, we developed an action plan to the customers with products, services and specifications completely described
 
Sales occur in three distinct stages:
1- First approach and explanation of the objectives
2- Rise up data for preparation of the custom proposal and budget
3- Final approach with detailed statement of the costs and value of more technical conviction sale to the customer
 

Invoice

For all types of invoice we focus on the appropriate corporative registry CNPJ.
For contracts relating to the custom order services, the systems such e.g. PayPal system can be used and we´ll provide receipt of payment with the mention of the registration in the regional council  of architecture and engineering : CREA 5062487249.

    • Payment 50% in the contract - 50% 30-90 days
  • Custom order 
    • Payment in 1Commercial Week

Terms and Conditions

When the services includes product sales and agreement for Ltda/GmbH/SA company then we work with 2 distincts contracts to the same CNPJ :
 
  • 1 - About the product sales 
    • Margin definition, market regions, sales target, award and termination terms
  • 2 - About the Consulting Services expected 
    • Trainning, Customer Service, After Sales
